Job Title: Financial Services Representative
Summary: Open new accounts, perform lending transactions, monitor/maintain Member Relationship system, cross-sell and market all credit union products and services.
Duties: Acknowledge and greet members in a friendly and professional manner at all times. Open new accounts, cross-sell and market all credit union products and services. Process deposits and check orders, incoming/outgoing wire transfer requests in a prompt and accurate manner. Enter and evaluate all loan applications within a 24 hour period of receipt and respond to the member with the decision of an approval or denial while adhering to the credit union’s policies and procedures. Prepare accurate loan and supporting documents for the disbursement of loans. Research and solve member inquiries, problems and complaints.

Prefer bachelor’s degree with a minimum of (1) one year experience in lending and/or customer service; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
