Member Enrollment
To enroll, members MUST visit the enrollment website via a DESKTOP computer or LAPTOP, not a mobile device.
From a DESKTOP or LAPTOP, go to https://www.co-opmobile.org where you will be prompted to identify Carolina Collegiate Federal Credit Union as your credit union.
Enter the primary member name, primary member ( up to 5 digits) number, and provide the following personal information for authentication:
- Last five digits of the social security number.
- Two of the following: street number, ZIP Code, telephone number, date of birth.
If the information matches the data as noted in Private Teller, members are authenticated and prompted to create a user ID and a password which must be entered when accessing CO-OP Mobile.
- To verify personal information of record, log into Private Teller and click “Profile” in the left column. Then click “Preferences” and “Personal Information”.
NOTE: Members who have accounts at more than one credit union participating in CO-OP Mobile are able to have account access for each credit union. However, they cannot complete transfers from one credit union to the other using CO-OP Mobile. Only transfers between accounts in a single credit union are allowed.

Troubleshooting
Following are several issues that members could encounter during enrollment, activation and initial use.
Enrollment Declined
If CO-OP cannot verify member information during enrollment, members are advised to contact their credit union. Registration was likely declined because personal information entered did not match the information within Private Teller.
To verify personal information of record, log into Private Teller and click “Profile” in the left column. Then click “Preferences” and “Personal Information”.
Initial Text Message Not Received
If the text message was not received following a successful enrollment, the member can return to the enrollment site, enter the phone number, and select the option for another text message.
Activation Code Expired
If the member’s activation code expired before they activated service on the phone, the member should return to the enrollment site, enter the phone number, and select the option for receiving another activation code.
