Business Investment Plus
The Business Investment Plus savings is the primary account a business must have in order to open other business accounts and establish membership. As with personal accounts, a minimum of $25.00 is required. This is an interest-bearing account, and the interest is the same as that of our investment plus savings account.

Business Share Certificates
A share certificate pays a higher rate than the Business Investment Plus Savings Account. There is a $500.00 minimum to open a Business Share Certificate, and the rates and terms are the same as that of our regular personal share certificates.

Business Services
AUTO TRANSFER
There are no additional fees for using this service. Frequency may be daily, weekly, monthly, bimonthly, etc. Must be scheduled for a specific amount.

ACH TRANSFER
An ACH transfer gives a business the ability to transfer funds electronically in or out of the credit union to a third party financial institution. Certain fees and limits may apply.

NIGHT DEPOSITORY
Depository bags are for the purpose of making deposits after the credit union is closed and on weekends. A key is required to access the depository, which is located at the 4480 Rosewood Drive branch. There is a $25.00 charge for replacement depository keys. Branches will maintain a supply of plastic deposit bags, which business members will be able to purchase at our branches for a charge of $0.10 per bag.

TAX PAYMENTS
Businesses are required to make quarterly tax payments to the IRS. While Carolina Collegiate cannot accept tax payments at the counter, the electronic payment option is a convenient, safe and secure method for paying taxes. Taxes can be paid via an electronic funds withdrawal, a credit card, or by enrolling in the U.S. Treasury’s Electronic Federal Tax Payment System at www.eftps.gov Likewise, South Carolina sales taxes can be paid online at www.scdor.gov.

MERCHANT SERVICES
Merchant Services gives business owners the ability to accept credit and debit cards for the purchase of goods and services. To find out more, please contact your branch manager.
